Do you have Loan cars and how much do they cost?
Yes, we have a Toyota Corolla that is free to use. It is a very popular option, so get in early if you would like to book the loan car while we take care of your vehicle.
Will I lose my New Car Warranty if I don't go back to the dealer?
Absolutely not. In fact, manufacturers are not allowed to force you to take the vehicle back to them for servicing although they imply it keeps your vehicle warranty intact. I have lost my Log Book, do I need it?
It is recommended to keep your log book safe at all times as it keeps a record of your service history in one convenient book as opposed to keeping individual receipts cluttering your glove box. We can provide a generic log book for you, if you happen to lose yours, which works the same as a factory log book, just without the branding.
Do you provide Digital reports for the work you have done? or a digital report of what's wrong with my car?
All our work comes with an itemised invoice with a break down of all the parts and labour. Some vehicles have a digital log book, most of which we can also fill out at any given service interval. And we let you know if there are any other problems with your vehicle and how urgent those problems might be.
How long will the service take?
Each service is different but most take around an hour or so. We can prioritise your vehicle if you need it back quickly. Just let us know at the time of booking.
How much will my service cost?
We can provide a quote for any log book service. Manufacturers are recommending specific oils etc so the is no such thing as a standard cost anymore. Call us for a quote and we'll be more than happy to work it out for you.
How can I pay for my Service?
We accept all major cards including EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard and AMEX. We also accept the old plastic stuff called cash.
When are you Open?
We are Open each week day from 8am until 5.30pm. Saturdays we are open 10am till 2pm, however, bookings are essential.
We also offer an early bird drop box for anyone that needs to drop their car off earlier. After hours pick-ups can also be arranged.
Can I drop off my car after hours?
Yes, you can drop off your car anytime before 8am or after 5.30pm. We have a key drop box to store your keys safely and securely. Just let us know when booking.
Is there a secure key drop off box after hours?
Yes there is a secure key drop box, details provided when booking.
Can I collect my car after hours?
Yes, arrangements can be made for this. Contact our service team at Auto Centre Gold Coast.
Can you pick up my car from home?
No unfortunately, we are not able to pick up your car from home.
Can you drop me home when I deliver my car for servicing or repair?
No, we are only a small business and we don't have spare staff to drop you home.
What happens if something is not right after my car service?
We take great pride in our work, but if something doesn't seem quite right then just let us know. We are happy to sort out any problems you might have. Plus you have the added assurance of our REPCO Nationwide Warranty if you find yourself out of town.
Will you give me reminders when my next sercive is due?
We provide a service sticker on your windscreen with the date and mileage of your next due service. Most manufacturers have a built in service reminder that will give you a message on your dash, so you can't miss your next service.
Can my car be serviced at the same time it is repaired?
Yes, we can arrange repairs as required while your vehicle is getting serviced. Or just repairs on their own, whatever is convenient for you.
I don't drive much, do I still need a service?
Yes, some components of your vehicle breakdown over time, whereas other components only wear with the mileage you do. Servicing time constraints are recommended by the manufacturer, so it is best to stick to that as this can affect your new vehicle warranty.
Can you fix other things while my car is being serviced?
Any other repairs you may need can be taken care of while you vehicle is being serviced. We will contact you if there is something we feel you should have repaired or we can arrange a more suitable time.
What type of oils and parts do you use?
We only use the best aftermarket parts to meet or exceed factory quality. If you prefer to only use manufacturers parts then we can arrange that at the time of your booking.
